A well set-up instrument plays more easily, sounds more in tune and ages better. Our workshop takes care of setup, maintenance and electronics for your guitars and basses: we measure, we adjust, and then we explain what was done.
How it works
- Book an appointment online and describe your instrument and the issue.
- Drop-off or collection: bring the instrument to the workshop, or we come and pick it up.
- Free quote: we diagnose the instrument; you accept the quote online or in person. A 30% deposit is taken at the workshop.
- Work: usually 5 to 10 days depending on the service.
- Return: you collect your instrument with its signed setup sheet, which you can also view and print from your customer account.
A good setup isn't something you see: you hear it, and you feel it under your fingers.

Do I need an appointment?
Yes, the workshop works by appointment only, so every instrument gets proper attention.

Yes, quotes are always free. No work is done without your approval.
How long will you keep my instrument?
Usually 5 to 10 days depending on the service. The exact lead time is stated on the quote.
Can I bring my own strings?
Yes. Just mention it when booking; otherwise we will suggest a set suited to your instrument and playing style.
Where can I find details of the work done?
A signed setup sheet comes back with your instrument, and you can also view and print it from your customer account.
