The workshop, by appointment

Every instrument comes with its own story, its player's habits, its small quirks. To give it the time it deserves, the workshop welcomes visitors by appointment only: choose the date and time slot that suit you, and we will look at the instrument together before any work begins. Booking is free, and so is the quote.

Setup packages

• Express Maintenance — €45 (6-string guitar): fretboard and body cleaning, string change, truss rod adjustment (neck relief) and general action adjustment.
• Full Setup — €75 (6-string guitar): everything in Express Maintenance, plus intonation at the bridge, pickup height, an electronics check (potentiometers, jack) and a written report handed over with the instrument.
• Bass Setup — €85 (4-string bass): everything in the Full Setup, plus an adjustment suited to bass string tension, a check for dead spots and wolf notes, and an inspection of active or passive electronics.

Surcharges: +€10 for a 7- or 8-string guitar, +€15 for a 5- or 6-string bass. Strings are not included in the packages; they can be supplied on request.

À la carte and hourly work

• À la carte adjustments — from €10 to €55: truss rod, action, intonation, tremolo, pickups, jack, potentiometers, switches, tuners, cleaning… each service can be ordered separately.
• Fault diagnosis — €20: tracing the cause of a malfunction, carried out only with your approval and deducted from the bill if the work is accepted.
• Work outside the catalogue — €45/h, €75/h for specialised work or work completed within 48 h: one-hour minimum, then in 30-minute increments, always after a written quote.

Home collection and return

No time to drop by the workshop? We collect your instrument from your home or workplace and bring it back once the work is done. This service is available within Luxembourg only.

• Collection + return — €60: two round trips.
• Collection or return only — €35: one round trip.

These fees are added to the price of the work: a Full Setup with collection and return, for example, comes to €135. Simply choose the option you need when booking.

Terms

• Prices include VAT and cover labour only; parts (strings, pickups, components) are charged at cost + 15%.
• Quotes are always free and non-binding; no hourly work is started without your written approval.
• Standard turnaround: 5 to 10 working days. Urgent service within 48 h: +€20 on packages and fixed-price services.
• A 30% deposit is required for work over €100.
• Service booked online: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of agreement.

How the appointment works

• Choose a date and time slot in the booking calendar.
• The workshop confirms your appointment by email.
• On the day, we examine the instrument together and give you a free quote.
• If something comes up, just reply to the confirmation email to move or cancel your slot, free of charge.

A well-set-up instrument goes unnoticed: it simply leaves all the room to the music.
