At Rhythms & Roots, all our shipments are dispatched from our warehouses located in Germany. This logistical choice is no coincidence: it allows us to benefit from rates negotiated directly with our carriers, and thus offer you the best possible shipping costs.

Shipping from Germany also guarantees rigorous and efficient handling of your orders: controlled delivery times, reliable tracking and careful processing of each parcel — which is particularly important for musical instruments that deserve every bit of attention they require.

Packaging

We recycle second-hand boxes for our shipments wherever possible, in order to limit the use of new packaging and preserve resources. These parcels may not look like brand-new boxes, but we firmly believe it is the right approach for the environment.

• Bulky goods up to 150 cm to all destinations, except MC and RU
• Bulky goods up to 200 cm only to AT, AL and UA
